Below you will see my Yoga teaching schedule and where you can sign up through Momence. You can also download the app and watch my Yoga videos as a part of your membership. I am teaching Yoga exclusively online as a way to accommodate schedules. Wake up and at least do some sun salutations and meditate. It is a great start to your day!

How it works
Morning Yoga Practice: Monday to Friday 6:00-6:45am EASTERN TIME
6:00AM opening chant and then we move into the practice. There is no "good morning" chat and please save questions for an email or we can schedule a call together. This 45 minutes in the morning is strictly a Yoga practice. I will guide you through sun salutations, standing poses and seated poses. We finish with finishing poses and breathwork. At 6:40 Zoom turns off and please give yourself to at least 6:45 for rest.
Wednesday Yoga Flow - 8:00-8:40pm EASTERN TIME
We begin promptly at 8:00pm where I lead you through a Yoga Flow. Please breath in and out through the nose and keep the mouth closed. At 8:40pm, zoom will turn off and please allow yourself at least 5 minutes to rest. Beginners encouraged.
Thursday Yoga Flow - 5:00-5:45pm EASTERN TIME
We begin promptly at 8:00pm where I lead you through a Yoga Flow. Please breath in and out through the nose and keep the mouth closed. At 8:40pm, zoom will turn off and please allow yourself at least 5 minutes to rest. Beginners encouraged.
Pricing
$10 drop in for morning class
$15 drop in for evening class
$108/month includes all Yoga classes. Attending every class on the schedule is highly encouraged.
About
I’ve logged over 4,000 hours of yoga practice over the past 12 years, majority of which began before 5am. I am an KPJAYI authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher which means that I have studied at length over many years (2012-2016) of extended trips to Mysore, India to study with Sharath Jois. I have dedicated my life to this practice and my extension of my practice is hosting online morning Yoga. It is highly encouraged to practice Yoga nearly everyday.
