Pilates

  I am a comprehensively certified instructor in Pilates having taught over 1,000 group classes. I am the lead instructor at Club Pilates Fort Wayne as well as the director of private training, teacher training and studio operations. 

I teach group classes and private sessions. My favorite apparatus is the Cadillac.
